Minimum Age: 12 years (Junior Rescue allowed)
Prerequisites: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and Emergency First Response
No. of Dives: 6 dives (emphasis on rescue skills)
Maximum Depth: 18 m (training + simulated rescue exercises)

Self‑rescue and stress management underwater
Recognizing and responding to panicked or unresponsive divers
Techniques in in‑water rescue breathing, towing, and controlled ascents
Surface rescues, CPR, and oxygen administration
Management of dive emergencies and accident prevention

SAMPLE ITINERARY

SESSION 1: Self rescue/ex.1 Tired diver/ex.2 Panicked diver/ex.3 Response from shore/boat/dock (responsive diver)/ex.4 Distressed diver underwater.
SESSION 2: ex. 5 Missing diver/ ex. 6 Surface the unresponsive diver/ex. 7 Unresponsive diver at the surface
SESSION 3: ex. 8 Exiting the unresponsive diver/ex.9 First aid for pressure related injuries & oxygen administration/ex.10 Response from shore/boat to unresponsive diver at the surface
SESSION 4: Scenario 1 (unresponsive diver underwater) & scenario 2 (unresponsive diver at the surface).
