What Is the All Indonesia Platform?
The All Indonesia platform is a government initiative designed to simplify and modernize Indonesia’s border entry process. Instead of filling out multiple paper forms upon arrival, travelers can now complete all required declarations online before departure.
By integrating immigration, customs, and health declarations into one digital system, the platform helps reduce airport congestion and gives travelers a smoother, more efficient arrival experience.
How It Works
Download the “All Indonesia” app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit the official website https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/.
Fill out your digital arrival form with passport, travel, and declaration details up to three days before your flight.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a QR code or confirmation.
Present your QR code to immigration or customs officers upon arrival at the airport or seaport.
The system is already in place at major entry points including Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali) and Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Jakarta), and will soon be implemented nationwide including Manado.
