PADI Divemaster Course

Take the first step toward a career in diving with the PADI Divemaster course — the most respected and internationally recognized professional-level certification in the dive industry. As a PADI Divemaster, you’ll become a leader who mentors and motivates others, while gaining the skills to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.

Whether you're looking to work in the dive industry or simply want to take your skills to the highest non-instructor level, this course is your gateway to becoming a dive professional.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Dive leadership and supervision

  • Assisting with student training

  • Leading certified divers on guided dives

  • Risk management and safety procedures

  • Mapping dive sites and conducting dive briefings

  • Equipment setup, maintenance, and logistics

  • Professional-level dive theory and knowledge development

Prerequisites:

  • PADI Rescue Diver certification

  • 18 years old or older

  • Minimum of 40 logged dives to start, and 60 to complete

  • CPR and First Aid training within the last 24 months

  • Medical clearance to dive

Bastianos Internship Package

Exclusion:

  • PADI Digital Crewpak and Divemaster Slate Pack (mandatory)

  • DM Application Fee to PADI

  • Accommodation – available for all budgets, special price for interns

  • Return airport transfer and between Bastianos resorts if multi location.

  • SMB, compass, whistle and dive knife – personal ownership is mandatory for the PADI Divemaster course, price on request.
